If you don't know the perk is it allows you once you have been killed to whip out your pistol for a couple of seconds and shoot. Side arms are not really used on the server the only reason that someone would buy one is because they don't have a primary you almost never get both. This would make more people buy them. It would be a high lvl perk. There could be a timer before you could shoot. The perk would seem over powered but you only have about 3 seconds to shoot and you go prone so it would be a very situational perk.
