I used to run diamonds before scotch, heroin, and whatever else; I'd only get 1-2 runs in before getting repetitively robbed. It was really a game-killer since they also took your money, and I was left with nothing each time I had to buy loadouts. Diamond payouts should be increased to 250-300.

1. That guy "shooting and robbing" people is likely a bounty hunter. 2. "bounties over 20k", if he's giving a 1k ticket and the Cadet stated that it was a 2.5k reduction, the math would indicate they had a 3.5k ticket. 3. It's rarely a matter of how "blind" we are, more the fact that dealing with kavalaids is the last thing we want to be doing.

For me it's more when my gang isn't online and I go to rebel alone, I'd rather not get shot during/after gearing up.

It's a good idea for newer people with enough for one loadout who don't want to risk getting shot at Rebel. I'd buy from time to time when I cba with the trip to rebel.
