So i got a buddy who was banned a few months ago and it wasn't for hacking it was for CL or RDM or something and he wants to get another account, is he ip banned cus he would like to get another shot basically and is willing to buy another account because he loves this server

So i've been hearing that like every 6 months there is unbans for everyone that isnt hacking or something along them lines but is this true, will people be getting unbanned like the first week of June because im interested.
