Do you have sufficient cartel experience?: Yes, I have sneak captured several cartels
Why do you want to join us?: I am Kurdish Syrian from Syria. Once I heard what FSA meant, I instantly became interested. I have a thick accent which, Upon reading its a big deal. I can also recite the Quran so it can be used for a fun role-play situation or a conversion. It is honestly just to have fun around in the game with I hope, cool people with cool vibes.
What can you bring to the FSA?: I could say I'm a "crackshot, deadshot, sniper, bla bla bla" but all those excuses are taken. What I will say is that I am a good player, I have a house in Asylum 3 worth around 350k filled with weapons, outfits and chest plates. I can rely on my own so you guy's don't necessary have to be a charity case. What I am saying is I could be a +1 for the group during any situations.
Do you know any current members who can vouch for you:? Since I don't play on Server 2, I haven't made any friends with FSA members. Although I remember talking and joking around with one of the members as a cop in server 3.
I hope I am considered despite my hours; See you guys on the server!

I once had someone with 70k combat log on me in athira 100 ft away from the courthouse. I report it to an admin and he only gave me 30k. I have no idea why he went from 70k to 30k because it wouldn't have hurt him to give me the extra 40k. So I say either admins give you the full money you lost unless you are in combat (having a small chance of losing your bounty to his gang) or far away from a courthouse where you can't get there in time OR add a script to work with what @V∅id said.
