Most cops spawn with a Spar and a pistol for free and have to buy good stuff, although the spar imo is pretty good, Im not sure what higher ups spawn with though. But if cops had no Lethals, that would suck because most of the time when Im a rebel I would rather be lethaled so I don't have to pay a ticket, and also cops need lethals for a few situations. And also, cops coming to a cartel isn't the end of the world, I'm pretty sure they can only do it every so often and hey, they are fighting crime, trying to keep drugs and weapons off the streets.

I don't think I'm ever flying a Helicopter again. I took my hummingbird out to fly from Pyrogos to Kavala, probably not the smartest idea but somebody killed me, lockpicked my heli.
