  1. nahh just very true. When I come back I'll bring a camera but for now Im'a just chill for a bit
  2. this is Intel posting btw.
  3. Well after having my session time once again sucked away from RDM'rs who get a giggle from shooting unaware people and refusing to negotiate with me through the rules of the asylum I've decided to have a break. I know recording software is a thing; but if the Asylum community members blatantly break rules because they know only a few people can record, I think i'll just take a good long break instead of devoting my time to being mad as F at RDM scenarios and having to record every life session and file reports for every single dickhead who fails to understand the rules or trying to communicate with these people. I'll be back by 30 days time. lol
  4. Wubz I do not experience any of those bugs in the recent patches, other than the sydney mem leak (which may be fixed now) , I am not sure about the bank though, as I do not do heist, but i'd presume that those exploits have been fixed by now too. As for the map and population, AU really isnt much larger than Altis, but AU is definitely more fun to romp through than Altis-Paltis. The only areas which I been camped is the weed field (suprise!) Ive been hit at the diamond mine and processer as well, but besides that camping was not a problem for me when there was 60ish people playing regularly. The main issue of aussie life is that no one wants to play it due to superficial reasons, like the maps optimization (its brand new, give it a break! Do you remember Beta Altis?????), or people like me who just lost interest after the population dropped below 15.
  5. I'd like to discuss why people are not playing aussie life. The first reason is because no one logs into that server! The first weeks of aussie life (when it was not optimized), it had 100/100 people 24/7, more people than any other asylum server. Why is it that people abruptly decided to stop playing, is it just a matter of sheep following the heard back to altis? Personally I enjoy the AU server, the mods including cars and guns makes gameplay more fun , as well as the terrain being awesome, nothing beats cruising the outback in your 4x4 beetle.
  6. Personally I thought the Australian server brought alot of new scenarios. Also, the outback is Awesome, the landscape has a vast variety of terrain in which you can play through with a beetle. For some Its simply more fun to cruise through Australia, than to drive through the flat lands of Altis. The Mods also give server a edge over other servers. And the performance was rather stable I found, room for improvement yes, but with the server having average 20/100 players im sure at least 1/5 of the populous agrees that Server 6 is rather stable, even with 75+ people playing. Im not sure why people are so excited to go back their everyday altis, with the same cars, guns houses, terrain etc.
  7. "kicked from the game" I reinstalled everything, so I dont see why my mods would not be correct. Am I missing something here? Is it possible to join the game post Armalauncher via the steam server?
  8. Im 99% possitve the server is not full. Every time I join lobby I am kicked after a second. I just reinstalled everything too. Finally get into a empty slot and I get instakick. what in tarnation?
  9. This rule is iffy. If a chopper thats likely loaded with enemies and guns starts to fly toward me, I would let them know I am there. If the chopper did not comply; its the guy on the grounds fault because no one in the chopper can hear bullets whizing and windows being broken? So from information and comments gathered from this post, if a chopper does not comply with warning shots and the groundee has given fair warning (the 5 second rule) and because of this lack of response the chopper gets destroyed or people die. How is that the groundees fault? @Gnashes in most cases I dont think anyone shoots at a chopper randomly, most people who are flying around looking to cause trouble for individuals who did not want to be surrounded by occupants hovering around in a helicopter.. This especially applies to Rebelian, Criminals, and the APD who use RDM as an excuse to get people in trouble or for personal gain. If chopper doesnt respond why do I become responsible if my 9mm or .45 harms someone who was potentially trying to hold me up or take me to jail? Shouldnt this ariel space become a Deathmatch zone once a chopper knows that there is danger and regardlessly proceeds to land? Dont you think these choppers should understand that there is danger in a area and decide to Attack the given area with more of a tactical insertion?
