I think there should be like a half annual ban wipe, excluding hacking. People make mistakes, a 6 month ban should let them learn it. Obviously, for some people it could be less than 6 months. But, if it's in the last month, they should have to wait until the next 6 month unbanning wipe.

Yeah this has been posted a lot as far as I'm aware. I don't think they're ever going to fix it, it's been there for like forever, to get them out you need to get in their seat.

I understand if there is only 1 cop online and all the trouble is happening with a group of rebels, and he wants to keep coming back. But it gets incredibly pathetic when there are rdmers in town, and they're focusing on people doing cocaine. I get it a couple times, give it a chance, but town should be their top priority.

Okay, you make a good point, and I forgot about that 2k cap for a bounty hunter. But, I'm a stratis player and these kavala kiddies are everywhere. They don't reason, or anything, even if you're not even geared or anything. Although these people are indeed 'assholes' they are so because of the system. I understand there are proper bounty hunters who rp well, and are good fun to talk to, even accept a cheeky bit of bribary. But, there are WAY, WAAAAY too many of these kavala kiddies.

Okay, but a rebel has a high bounty. These guys are fully prepared, but not EVERYONE who has a bounty is a rebel. Half of them are just civs who have accidentally ran someone over, and have a 1k bounty and some litte 'turd' of a rebel hunter is going around restraining him because he hasnt sorted out this 1k bounty yet, and the rebel won't accept that 2k, or even 5k bribe because theyre "cleaning up the streets". Rebels are different, they're equipped and prepared but you guys are seriously forgetting the fact that 70% of people these bounty hunters get are just regular people with very low bounties, often not even worth their time. It is INCREDIBLY unfair for those civs.

What people fail to understand is that the rebels can't just shoot someone for getting close, they have to rp properly, and by the time he's said "I'm giving you one chance to walk away" then all the other guy has to do is run up, scroll down and press space.
