Even if that's the case, it's not functionally true. You cannot get behind the church altar without getting teleported back to center. This needs to be corrected.

A recent update claimed that duct tape has been added to the prison. If it's there, it's in an area where you cannot get to without getting spawned back to the center of prison. Is it supposedly under the church altar? The admins need to expand the prison radius so that that area can be reached without getting spawned back to the center. Unless I'm wrong about the location, because I can't bloody find it.
