  1. Hotfix 1 You can now actually go inside the main prison building. Fixed a bug preventing people from initiating a prison break. You can now repair on land, as well as on the bridges! Fixed some broken gates inside the new prison.
  2. 7.7.3 The prison has been moved and totally remade. Thanks go to Hubschraber for the new prison design, which gives us the ability to overhaul its functionality in the near future. At the request of BIS, we are removing the Market system for duplicate loot crate rewards. Instead of having the ability to sell them (even for credit), you'll now receive credit automatically as soon as the duplicate item is received from a crate. Added confirmation dialog when buying Apex weapons if you don't have the Apex DLC. Added khaki RCO scopes for rebels and all rebel scopes for undercover cops. Fixed a restrain hotkey exploit. Improved the locking/removal of items which you're not permitted to have. Fixed a group cap exploit. Added Kebab and Doner Kebab food items.. really, Gnashes? Added medic uniforms and prison uniform to civ-seizable gear for cops. Fixed an exploit for selling at garages. The welcome message has returned for new civilians. SkipTracer base has been relocated. The Kavala/Georgetown police respawn cooldown has been removed. You can now repair vehicles which are on a dock. Civilians can no longer pick up dropped SWAT Mk1 weapons. At the request of BIS, the CSAT ghillie crate reward was replaced with CSAT fatigues. If you had the ghillie unlocked already you'll now be able to buy CSAT fatigues. The US Army desert camo promotion has come to an end. It will never be available again unless you unlocked it in the last couple of weeks.   9. 7.7.2 The PvP seasons have been fully reset; all old data has been wiped and everything is fresh due to corrupt and unrealistic numbers. Winners of each season (top 20) receive cash, and added support for achievements as well (titles, etc). With the clean slate on PvP seasons, we've added a reward for logging in during the next couple of weeks. By simply logging in, you'll get a permanent achievement which gives access to a new camouflage pattern. After the weeks have passed this will not be obtainable any other way. The pattern is the old US desert six color from the 90's which is well adapted to Altis. Achievement fix which was preventing new achievements from being saved. This was also the cause of achievements being earned every login. Some big backend changes to the servers which will make performance a lot more reliable. Normalized adrenaline shot experience gain. Yet another cadet login fix. Improved mechanics for dropping items when killed in a vehicle to prevent vehicle damage. Fixed a bug that could allow you to pay a ticket after being arrested and sent to jail. Speedbombs and suicide vests will be much more deadly if very close to the explosion. Fixed a critical bug where a hint message spelled sentence with an 'a'. Headgear should be restored properly after death. Fixed a bug with laser tag weapons on jailed players.   10. Has to be totally clean, because everyone's points are so skewed from the high numbers that the victory points just wouldn't be fair. They're incredibly hard to earn, so I want to make sure people who have them have earned every point. They'll be used in spending later on, most likely.
  11. Just a heads up that the PvP season is about to be fully, and I mean fully, reset. We'll be beginning a new season today, but because the data is corrupted by a bug which allowed points to persist, and then skew the amount rewarded on kills, we've got to flush it and start anew and clean. War kills and death stats will remain, but your war points will be reset.
  12. Bit of a crazy request, seeing as I have no reason to lie about that or go through the effort. DDoS' happen, often, and it's the reality of any large community. Fortunately our new host gives us a lot more control over mitigation (versus almost none at all with OVH).
  13. No, it's not. We know for a fact that it's not. In fact we know for a fact that it's not Arma scripting AT ALL. We run our servers without any scripting active in any way and it still happens. Having not had any issues for the first night will help us track the cause though.   21. I've had similar feedback from a lot of people. It's also had 0 mass kickings. I think it may be time to move shop to the new datacenter!
  22. Not really related to the thread, but it probably didn't actually sell.. usually that means someone started buying and backed out. It'll revert to sellable soon.
  23. Try server 1 and let us know. We're doing network testing on that one, and your ping will be different for sure since it's not in the same building. Actually, to everyone reading this I'd be curious to hear how it compares to the others when busy.
