The problem with this is you cant be 100% sure its YOUR car. Cop cars are very obviously cop cars. Even when its cops going after cop cars, the best thing to do is to aim for the wheel

A local smokehouse has come up with an amazing idea. They have 15 different types of meat, pretty cool right? Well there are new flavors. Initiation is also through, texts, phone calls, and of course VOIP. If they initiate with you they're initiated for 5 minutes on the second. Example: I initiate with you while you're in athira, you leave before i can shoot you. You come back in 4 minutes and 45 seconds later, i am still initiated and shoot you. If you die after 5:00 its RDM

Cops are allowed to pass on information, even when dead. There are no guidelines or rules against it unless they're being kidnapped and are blindfolded. Disabling cars is allowed even without initiation, just make sure you don't kill the person in the process. Edit: in the time i've known kajun i've never seen him go out of the guidelines

Even the completed version makes no sense. No officer will do this, especially now that any officer can watch them from the damn HQ without them knowing.
