I think the problem here is this guy got upset at a situation and is now bringing it to the forums and trying to make us think a certain way of the APD because of his bad experience with not following directions. As you said, you are a Constable, that means you take orders, if that feels like you are sucking someones dick then that's your own fault for thinking that way. There are ranks for a reason, just because a higher up can tell you what to do does not mean they have too much power.

To be honest, as a civilian/medic, the only people I've had a problem with were other civilians RDMing. I haven't ran into a bad police officer yet, and I've been playing off and on for nearly the past 2 years.

That's a bit odd. I probably have the shittiest PC out of everyone here, I have an A10 7700k APU with the free Micro ATX motherboard that came with it and I was able to play with a solid 20 fps(on low) with just that. Since I upgraded to an R7 360 I now average around 30fps on Very High settings, just by changing my video card. Be sure your power supply is strong enough to run it for one, secondly if you are running windows 10 and you usually find yourself using 100% Disk space/Ram/Memory then you need to follow a guide on YouTube that walks you thru disabling all the background windows 10 crap that you will never use, and surprisingly there is a shit ton running that it totally unneeded. Even with the CPU you have, you shouldn't be having those kinds of problems, because even with my horrible CPU I have playable frames.

I went to join Asylum #1 and the Medic slots there were all Whitelisted, is this an error? I looked all over to find a place to apply but couldn't. I talked to someone on server #4 about it and they tried to argue with me saying Medics weren't Whitelisted on server #1, but they clearly are if you check. Also, what happen to the forum and servers? Looks like everything was wiped, had to make a new account and nothing saved on my character. Cheers, bcloaded
