People have always bought houses with crates before. Unless something recent has changed.

Ask the publishers/creators or whoever you can get in contact with. Many small producers will allow it if you promote their music/channel at least in the description. Looking for free royalty free music works as well.

Didn't know they allowed it again. Have you tried reducing your file size? Previously there was a limit which I do not know.
