Would it be possible to create a system for gang alliances instead of just gang wars where if you're gang allies with another you can fight gangs together and share territory in the sense of the allying gang gets a small percentage of the reward? For example, gangs turfs of allied gangs don't get the perks of having the area but would be able to use the drug dealer and at gang areas have the ability to collect 10% of the dirty money.

How do you initiate a prison break? Do you use lockpick and then bolt cutters on the gate? I have never been able to open the gate into the prison. no scroll wheel option and doing it through the inventory use menu doesn't work. pls help.
