    Make OG/Church static Cartels throughout restart. Rotate between the two as a single static cartel. Ie one will always be on the map

    Size of cartel zone on OG arms should expand to windmill rocks. Can’t currently cap the cartel from there. Also abandoned military base cartel. Should be able to cap from the castle. Instead of just half the cartel... lol

    give Civs Hurons. Helicopters is a paid dlc for arma 3. That 99% of the player base paid for at one point or another. No reason for only cop LTs to have it. It’s not an op vehicle or anything. Give it the same storage as a Mohawk. And make it 10 to 15k more. https://arma3.com/dlc/helicopters
