If it's cool with you Kelly, I'm going to start pretending that you're Kelly Slater so I don't have to tell people that a female, who is already cooler than me by surfing, also proceeds to consistently wreck me at server events/cartels.

Mine comes from a reduction of an Xbox Live username I came up with back in middle school Since numbers were all the rage in online names, I figured my prepubescent love of James Bond flicks should show. Honestly, at this point I'm kinda embarrassed by the original name(although at least its not something ridiculous like xxpussyslayer69xx), so I figured, what the hell, MG007 sounds pretty cool and flows well. And "Machine Gun" comes to mind, so I've got that going for me which is nice.

We used to have a full day/night cycle but it was removed. Welcome to the server though! Hope you enjoy it!

According to what I've read and heard, Paratus wanted people to be able to play medics without having to go through the whitelisting process. Since cops are restricted and already have to do that, he wanted to give players the opportunity to play a different side of things without having to deal with that. However, unfortunately that led to issues like the ones you're describing. I support the idea of whitelisting medics, because while the freedom is nice, I don't see many people using that freedom, just abusing it. Being able to blacklist users who abuse that power would reduce the number of abuses remarkably I believe @Killswitch I am also totally interested in helping get this off the ground should it become a thing.

Denied. Multiple successive posts and incomplete applications (no ARMA 3 Hours). Please don't post multiple applications in a row. I understand the mistaken double post the first time, but posting another 20 minutes later was unnecessary.

It would be nice if we could expand that to any characters, I echo what Ranger said: I know for Altis Task Force we use ATF in our tags, but we also have some custom lines that we would like to see. And in the cases of gangs like Synergy, Bad Blood, MOB, etc. their gang signs aren't even letters.

The map designer released an update recently, and they're going to launch the updated version.

I think that modded Chernarus would be awesome. I know many people on these servers might have come from Arma 2 Life servers initially, but there's also a huge influx of people who started with ARMA 3. And considering that it's been 3 years since ARMA 3 launched, I don't think a return would be too terrible. I know I never got to do life on ARMA 2, and it would make me extremely happy to play that map! Honestly, I feel it's better terrain than Takistan. The forests would give a nice new element to PvP that we really don't see too much on Altis. On an unrelated note, Buck, when did you step down? I've been out of touch with the servers for a while.

@Mr Smirnoff, any ETA on if/when it will be shut down? Also, would it be possible to have it switch to a modded version of Altis or a different map, maybe one from the CUP like Chernarus or Takistan? The mods are awesome, but I think the map is just too big and people don't want to have to regrind

@KBW Sorry if this has been already said, but I'm too lazy to go through all the posts lol. The gang tags is a great idea, it can get annoying when people run around without tags on Civ then only claim they're in a gang when its convenient! Suggestions (I know that Gnashes said that this is only the first implementation of the system) I think it would be awesome if we could set our custom gang tag in the gang menu. Also, it would be nice to have gang tags show up in side chat/player list instead of just the kill feed. I don't know if ARMA will let you do that or not. Other than that, awesome patch!

@Sgt. Salty Can you give us a little more detail about your ban?

@Spank Yeah, im just seeing an issue where my crate has stopped showing up in certain restarts. But then they'll spawn back in one of the next restarts. And then they'll disappear again. Rinse and repeat. And I always lock my house, so people destroying them shouldn't be an issue.

Spank any ETA on that update? I'm still having issues myself.
