What eXplicit said. Back when I had the most money of anyone on the servers (pre-admin), I ran meth in an offroad with no gear on. I'd gather ingredients once or twice a week, and then just do 3 rounds of cooks/day from my house in DP14. Take that to the drug dealer in Pyrgos (at the time), and then deposit the money at the Pyrgos APD HQ (less chance of being RDMed at the APD HQ).

Restarts could be made faster. In fact I've talked to Paratus about that in the past. I think the only reason they count down as long as they do for Asylum is to give people a chance to: a) look at the stats from the previous round (who did I kill etc), and b ) move between factions. I'll talk to him again about tightening that up a touch though. We likely could get by with 30 seconds on the secondary screen, and maybe half the time of that first screen (unless there is something else going on that I don't know about).

Not as cruel as taking them with you and removing the blindfold as you chop the vehicle. Ya, I've done that too...

Do what I do - use bounty hunting to find people to rob. Look for people at gathering spots, 9/10 times you'll catch them with their pants down. Down them (with RP of course), zip tie them, throw a bucket on their head, and go chop their vehicle. Before they have a chance to even get free, you'll be depositing their hard earned money into the bank. Fun times...

There is something in the works that may fix this. Not sure where it is in the dev cycle though.

Cell phone use is limited during certain times to prevent players from doing things they should not be able to do. Thank those that came before you... As for the no RDM/VDM free weekends. What would that accomplish? Allowing people to just do whatever they want on the server? No thanks. Money is evenly distributed between all cops online. Calling cops money hungry at this point makes almost no sense because the person processing you only sees a fraction of what your bounty is as a paycheck. Up the RP with the cops, and hopefully they will reply in kind. I'm not sure that using a divisive term as you did for cops is really your best play here when asking to be able to roll alone. Having a battle buddy is something the APD requires you to do while playing, so if you don't like the people that come to group up with you either: 1) change locations or 2) change servers. Asking for a change to APD policy the way you did is not something that will ever be taken seriously.

Perhaps. Would you want to auto-group with them or something? I'm trying to figure out what the alliance actually gives you...

How about later tonight I get online and we have a few rounds at the new location. I'll spawn in gear for teams to attack and defend with, and let's see how the new spot actually plays out. I think you all may be a touch closed minded to having a "different" kind of fight than you are used to having.

The main meth cartel location is actually still in the game. S2 has had it two cycles in a row now. Everyone can calm down...

It's wooded though, so it should not be a snipe fest. It also will not be a peak shoot fight. It is a location that favors the attacker for once. I get that some of you don't like the idea of it, but has anyone actually fought it for real yet?

Nope. There was one way NW on the map, but not here. This is a completely different type of fight.

There was enough mixed reaction on that one to keep it - for now.

The cartel locations are random. Your server just got the old main cocaine cartel location. The one NW of there is gone now. S1 has the new location up right now though...
