Try changing it slightly go into an arsenal to test it out the more you change your sensitivity the more you gonna have to get used to your new sensitivity. I also have DPI buttons on my mouse so i can change my DPI with the push of a button i guess that could help you in your case if you have them. Make sure mouse acceleration is off.

I get some weird freeze whenever i first join the server ill play for about 30 seconds then itll freeze for like 3 then im back and play fine until i restart my game.
