    Hmm, the "RDM" part, how about a reward for both sides, for example hunter takes contract, person that is going to be hunted accepts the "hunted" part, the hunter has (x) amount of time to kill/capture, if failed to do so the person being hunted gets a % of money from what their bounty is, so 100k bounty 5% (Can be higher) would be 5k etc...

    If 3 people are hunting and the person being hunted manages to get away, they would get 15% of that bounty so 15k. You could even implement a new "Bounty" system, so we have one for the current crimes and a new one for player placed bounties.

    This way people would want to accept being "Hunted" because they have a chance to get something from it.

    PS. It could be abused by people with multiple accounts e.g Account 2 places a 1 million bounty on Account 1, Account 3 takes contracts both 1&3 accept and just wait out the time - duping money, but I'm sure you could figure out some rules regarding that, you do have magical powers after all. :D

Maybe make it so "Poison" only works on your contracts (would prevent it from being abused), also the person that's being hunted should probably get a notification with the names of the people that are after him. The person being hunted could also get some notification when the "Hunter" is close and they should also have different colored names so they stand out. But other than great idea +1

  3. I do believe that taxes should be changed. Cops weaponry should be free as said in the previous topic before it was locked "The government would fund it" which is true it would be funded the only things I think should be payed for would be medical supplies, food, water, red gulls (Including taxes) etc... but stuff like spike strips, checkpoint items should be free. Cops should be able to purchase weapons for free depending on their ranks (Since its Government funded), Constable - MX, MXC etc... LTs - Mk1s and lower ranked weapons.

    Rebel stuff should not be taxed as it would be from the black market (illegal) one payment as there is no Government involved in the transaction meaning no taxes, but the same as cops food, water etc.. would have taxes.

    Cops would get more benefit from changing taxes.

    This is a valid problem, maybe we could allow Constables to unlock/lock houses but not able to access crates/barrels only LTs + will have that permission.

  5. I have an idea for houses that maybe good or bad, please leave a comment on the pros and cons of the idea listed below and even an idea of your own.

    Being able to access crates/barrels with a "Key" while the house is locked.

    Owner

    When you purchase a house you will automatically receive a "Key". 

    Any crate/barrel you place in the house, only you will be able to access them. (Only the owner may destroy and place crates/barrels in the house)

    With the "Key" you will have the option to lock the doors and still have the option to look inside your crates/barrels while the house is locked. ("Y" invent and inventory)

    With the "Key" you may leave your house unlocked and not have to worry about people trying to take things from your crate while "AFKing" or using the crate yourself.

    The "Key" will not be lost in anyway, death/relogging/server restart.

    People without the "Key"

    If the house is "Unlocked" you will be able to open/close doors. 

    If the house is "Locked" you won't be able to open/close doors.

    Crates/barrels are impossible to access without the "Key". (May only be given by owner)

    People who have been given the "Key" by the owner

    They will have the same permissions as the owner. (Can't access house menu or destroy/place crates/barrels)

    They will lose the "Key" upon server restart and will have to get the owner to give them the "Key" again.

    Gang house

    If the house is a "Gang" house, people will automatically receive a "Key" upon joining the gang.

    People in the gang will be able to destroy/place crates/barrels.

    The "Key" will only be lost if...

    -They leave the gang

    -The owner leaves the gang

    -The gang house is sold

     

    What do you think?

    PS. I think LTs + should still have permission to access your house with probable cause. The idea above will prevent anyone other than LTs + accessing and stealing stuff from your crates, this means solo people can not have to worry about a gang robbing them or being "RDMed" in their house while using their crates.
