.well either you drive around with yoir car unlocked so u have a chance to keep your gear or lock ur car if its worth more then ur gear, i always drive unlocked cars except when u are on <.< lol

@ the house question, you have to be donator level 1 so you can put crates in your house, scroll wheel on them , item inventory and that's it
