    Reason for Appraisal: Kenneth has managed himself to be active and useful within the APD as to when he became a Corporal and before. Long friend of mine personally, I can say he has the time, knowledge and knows of what the expectations are for a promotion. He is willing to help anyone around the server, and seems to want to be more involved within the APD community. Kenneth has shown more then enough effort to me that he is more then prepared to take on another position, and is willing to do his best with what he currently has for now, as he sets an example mainly on Precinct 2. 

    Suggested Reward: Promotion to Sergeant

      You know what really grinds my gears?

     

     I don't mean to complain whatsoever, I know there is a Calendar of what Training's they're hosting within that day but it doesn't specify the time. I love to do training's, but every time I log on which is around 4:00 in the afternoon and stay on majority of the day, within that time I would like to attend a training. Though I only see them host one around 9:00 my time which is Central Timezone,  or possibly even later then 10:00. I would like to possibly see training's be held within during the day, or around a good time when everyone is out of school. I am aware there is a minimum of training officers but could we at least get a reduction on how late they're being hosted? If I'm missing something within my prediction, please comment below so that I can understand.     Shit happens, and I'm sorry to see you go. Having an original player who suddenly leaves from a situation like this sucks. I hope you find something else that interest you along the way Purple. If you ever want to play another game, contact me. I like to socialize with as many civilians I can, sadly I didn't get to do it with you. Once again, best regards from myself.
