" Guys don't attack the hq Im gona rp it ot " said no rebel ever. I mean I a great idea wondero but you and me know it's like 1 of 1000 that say that if not no one

Yes, I'm aware that no one says that which is why there's HQ attacks and HVT processing on the daily, but I'm sure that if some rebel actually wants to RP, it will be said.

But then again, we're still gonna end up with threads like these complaining about their own problems and blaming it on someone else.

Since the possesion of an illegal firearm charge is "bugged" as I have been told. If someone if requesting compensation for the overage amount of said charge, does the officer pay it, or do we direct them to the "government" website to request compensation?

I would suggest you give him compensation this one time and follow these instructions in the future:

Stop charging the suspect with the firearms charge as it's bugged. Instead, simply seize the firearm from the suspect without adding a charge or add $250 to the actual ticket when you're giving it as a placeholder.

What type of abuse? Reducing jail times for friends?

That but in terms of friends, we can handle that, it's the portion of using officer's discretion in a way that it isn't meant to be. As in what Axe explained with each charge carrying weight. Some officers will end up reducing time for charges which shouldn't be reduced in most cases.

Recently, several officers have been sending Bounty Hunters straight to jail for Unlawful detainment, even when they haven't seen the full situation. These officers don't look that much into whether or not it is a kidnapping situation, or whether the Bounty Hunter legally detained a suspect who assaulted/commited crimes against another person, and was going to call the APD. Upon seeing that the Bounty Hunter doesn't have his bounty, the officer then sends him to jail for Abuse of a Bounty Hunter's License. Is this allowed?

Officers should be extra careful when dealing with bounty hunters. Unlawful detainment is not a charge which allows you to send them straight to jail directly without investigating the actual situation.

Now, for the bounty hunter to actually have that charge, they must've downed the person, which as you said could have been legal because of an assault or otherwise related. If the officer witnesses that the bounty hunter has downed some unlawfully, which is not their bounty, nor are they threatening in any way, shape, or form, that is grounds for the bounty hunter to be charged with Attempted Manslaughter and be sent to jail without a ticket for abusing their weapon. The one and only exception to the rule of you witnessing the bounty hunter commit a serious crime is the "Bounty Hunter Execution" charge he/she may be wanted for, which you may also send to jail for.

  5. It seems like every APD thread receives some complaining about the age requirement. Grow up, lord jesus.

When will whitelisting be open again?

Whitelisting is currently closed for new applicants and will be open in the near future as we try to build our records of current APD members. We have to find out who's currently in the APD and who's not. It would be an absolute mess to take in new applicants while we also figure out who our current members are (and there's 1300 of them).

Keep posted. It won't be too long.
