As we've said in multiple modalities at this point this is a result of these items being spawned in via two federal events.  At this point we do not have any intentions of doing this, however as we move towards the next patch, we will continue to think about how best to balance this.  

This is part of anything new like this that we try, in no way is jewelry crafting right now, the final form, and this will be revisited amongst the development team.
