No it's not I would love to get in with a group that's experienced. I can get the hours no problem but the cartel call outs are a catch-22 because I need a decent crew to even cap a cartel. You join a smaller, ambitious gang and gain experienced and get noticed. You learn cartels by fighting them on your way up. Larger, more experienced gangs notice the players with talent when they fight to recap their cartels from you. Eventually you join a better gang and soon enough you have 2000 hours of Arma and are a community veteran. LennieTheLegend, Quenton, Gosu and 5 others like this Link to comment

Cartels are fought by people who only have experienced members which leaves you at the point of having trouble getting that experience.
