Rebel talents:

• Rebel: Allows you to buy rebel license. (Grenades and Speed Bombs)
• Guerilla: Able to buy and use ghillie suits
• Marksman: 7.62 rifles and ammo
• Weapon Technician: Vehicle ammunition reloading
• Terrorist: Suicide vests

Suicide vests tend not to kill people at times, so just make sure you're super rich before investing the 50k.

 

Grenades are a lot more fun and cheap as well! Just remember not to RDM, and that "allahu akbar" is not proper initiation.
