Where the Hell is the Bounty Hunter vehicle shop?

Hey, 

So I switch back over to bounty hunter today, because someone in our gang should, and I went to gear up at Skiptracer, and I got the mc etc.. But there was no bounty hunter vehicle shop for me to buy the hunter, Yes I have  master bounty hunter, and can buy it, I just dont know where to buy it, I check the truck shop and civilian car shop as well.  But nowhere could I find it, does anyoone know where I can buy a hunter?

No, i only have about 2 honor talents, I have been able to buy it before, but the guy that was at the skiptracer which had all of the garage options is no longer there, I don't know if he was moved or removed

At Pyrgos it is next to where you buy your gear. In kavala, its in a buy box by the heli pad

I think its in Pyrgos at the bouty huter base it might be there
