If I ran into a room with a suicide vest on and said "Everyone hands up, if someone doesn't put their hands up you will all die." Would that be rdm if someone doesn't put their hands up and I blow them up with the guy that didn't put his hands up?

I think it would be rdm, because you can't kill someone based on what someone else does if they're not in a group.

Okay, so Allahu Akbar MAY be rdm, (gray area if you ask me ) but I guess no matter what the situation is, screaming "APD! DROP THE WEEEEEEEED!!!" will be acceptable.
