Server 2 is the best. Server 4 is the most unstable. 5 sucks.

Server 3 is the best although 3&1 usually have more cops on during EU times.

1 isn't bad for EU meth runs, usually pretty quiet , 2 i don't even bother with 2... , 3 good for scotch runs very easy and low risk , 4 ... riperoni stability , 5 was fun for awhile but got boring real quick

If you want to make money by doing normally crowded things that require killing/not being afk (i.e. cartels, meth, cocaine perhaps) I would highly recommend s1 from about 3am-9am EST. I've made about 400k in like 3 hours doing meth during those times. Almost nobody is on. 

But every other time there is about 15 cops on so everything is constantly being checked.
