Need help

every time I try to join the server it come up with this I can join other servers but I play on S3 but it doesn't let me can someone help ??

 

The instruction at 0x0000000180009c6b referenced memory at 

0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. the memory could not be read

last time i got this error it was because of a ram problem i had.after i changed it the error never showed up again.i can't say that is 100% the reason for the error but that fixed it for me.if it matters i used to get errors like this to some other games like dayz and arma 2,... when i had a faulty ram
