Suggestion Regarding Talent Points

1. Add 1-2 more talent points at certain prestigious levels.  

2. Add some new talents. (A few suggestions below)

Hidden:  Player stays hidden towards turf owners while in turfs. 

Wings: Player spawns with Redgull

Wanted:  Player is made aware via pop up if APD is within 1km of player's location

Hidden and Wanted would never be implemented as it would make the turf counter pointless and running drugs safe.

Maybe make you hidden from turf counter when turf is yellow.

anyways just a few ideas, a lot of the current talent points are useless.  Talents could use a revive of some sort...

+1 It would make sacrificing money for prestige actually worth it.

True, this is more aimed towards those with gang houses near a rebel (myself NOT included), or let's say you die somewhere near a spawn point and want to get back to that location quickly without making any stops...
