Server 2 Update

Hey, I havent been playing recently because I was an S2 player and when the server went down I was waiting for the admins to implement the thing so I could access my s2 stuff through a S1/S4 exchange system, I was wondering what the status of that was, and how it would/does work

Server 2/3 come up in the evening usually now..but don't hold your breath because server lag is making asylum unplayable.

Right I know about the population thing, I just didnt know about the exchange aspect
