If rebels can craft MK's with a rebel license let Bounty Hunters craft MX's and downing rounds with a Bounty Hunter license. We can make it the same ingredients or roughly the same price per ingredient. Right now rebels can just make MK's and never go to Rebel if they dont want too, But Bounty Hunters have no choice but to go to skip and spend money. Just a thought. All feedback welcome.
