Nooo nonono if you think about it you got a house by distillery all ur scotch is 25yr old you will need to do alot of trips or get a truck and drive far with alot of money worth yeh if its close to wongs in athira thats ok, i have had a house by distillery and athira but the one in kavala is way more easier ive never been robbed if i take the back roads and on server 1 i have 3 houses right by wongs in kavala and i make 600k every few days in my opinion if you're close to distillery its worse Athira is good but not to many houses for sale
