We take a suspect in wanted for 75k to Athira HQ.At first he plays cool and Role plays a bit.After 5 min he initiates to us by saying "Hands up or die" and i immediately get shoot to the head.My fellow officers make sure the sniper does not enter the HQ and we tell the suspect in custody that he being treated as HVT and follow by giving him a ticket.He refuses and so we give him another chance just incase and yet he refuses to pay the ticket.[The following ticket was reduced for the little RP he did] This resulted him in being sent to jail as HQ was under attack but his friend were unable to enter the HQ premises.
My question is that do we have to inform the suspect that they are going to be treated as HVT at the start of his arrest or can we say that if we have enough time to process him in the HQ with officers guarding the gate in a situation where we find that his friends are coming to rescue him.
I need to know this as well because it happened to one of my friends as soon as we start shooting they say he is HVT and send them straight to jail

If you are kidnapped and blindfolded and either they take your cuffs off or they fall off can you send a 911 text to other officers to inform them of your location or is it not allowed because you are blindfolded

well most people would either forget to change or wouldn't care to change it their not going to stop what they are doing to put on a code because 1 it could get them killed 2 people would forget what codes are for what i don't think it should be something that is required just something that can be added for fun

How about making it to where 2 admins are the banning one so if one can't reply the other one might.
Ex. @Mr Smirnoff and @Jaeger are the banning admins so they have to agree on this person should be banned if one of them goes on a trip out of town then chances are they don't want to look at the forums but if the other on is online then you can talk to them and since they know what's going on he can talk to the player.

With the saying I've heard from Lt and other officers if you give someone a charge that they are not meant to have you have to pardon them but say you give a charge like possession of meth instead of cocaine by accident to a gang mate do you add on the charge of the cocaine and take away the amount of the meth charge? I mean it would still be a full ticket of the charges they are meant to have but you the one you misclicked on.

Not really sure I follow the question, but if the processing officer initially treats a suspect as a HVT it is up to the processing officer if the HVT is sent to jail when an HQ comes under attack. If the processing officer chooses not to send the HVT to jail while the HQ is under attack and then officers manage to get the person(s) who are attacking then the HVT should no longer be sent to jail. However, if the HQ does come under attack again then the processing officer can still make another decision to send to jail or not. No other officer should come interrupt and send the HVT to jail if they aren't the processing officer unless they are a sgt+.
All HVT really does is allow officers to ticket before getting the person's story so, when the suspect is sent to jail due to an HQ attack, the officer is following the ticket before prison policy. You are also allowed to give a total of 3 tickets as an officer. If someone is treated as HVT then you are still able to give them 2 more tickets later on.
Well the situation that happened was i put someone in a pill box and his friend comes up and downs me before i can give him his first ticket the other officer downs both of them and both of us feel like no one else is coming am i able to remove his HVT status or do i still have to process him as HVT and give him a full ticket first

If you are processing someone as HVT because you know their friend is going to come and he has a 25k+ bounty if you down his friend because he tried to bust them out can you revoke his HVT status and process him as normal there was some question about if we could or could not.

This is due to the aggression system still having you marked red because he respawned in the same area that he was killed. Till dev's fix the issue he believed it was a clean kill and since we do not have NRL nothing can be done.

Are you allowed to pull a person out of a vehicle if all tires are shot out. I've had people tell me the vehicle has to be stopped or the person has to be downed and others told me that I can.
