I come from a Milsim background (Engineer/ EOD Technician and Vehicle Crewman) so if you ever need a hired gun, contact either myself or my fellow Crewman and Engineer Sherb, ( @Spazz ) we'd be glad to lend a hand! For a price, that is. I've played ArmA 3 since it was first released, but I've never tried any of the casual game modes until just a few days ago.
