Yes you can own houses they range from 40k-220k but 70k+ Can have storage (Crates/Whisky Barrels), For gangs You pay a fee to create it and it is permanent, (Once you own a house you pay to upgrade it to a gang house) The economy does not change to drastically, Depends on what the governor has tax's set to (Max 20%) and for money making there are plenty of ways to make money there just time consuming (Drugs,Excavating,Bounty Hunting,Whisky,Etc...) Its a great server and the community is even better just remember it does not require any mods so anyone can join at ease so careful of trolls!

The APD is very entertaining, You meet a lot of people with their own characteristics so I suggest waiting it out and once your of age apply asap!
