That's a negative it happenes with everybody sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. and it really is a game changer on cop when you cant get a tilde. Hardly ever works for me when trying to use it on helis/ moving cars might just be me because I don't see anybody complaining about it though

I've been playing for a while and as far as I can tell the reason nobody likes to fight cops is because they consistently come back until you're dead/captured. nobody has a true incentive to fight the cops like 0, no point at all.
