in all fairness lethals should give some kind of a reward considering half of the people who do banks would be wanted dead or alive after massacring a bunch of cops. Also ifrits and armoured vehicles should be more expensive on both sides but ESPECIALLY civ. Showing up to a fed or bank with no swat or higher ups is literal hell when 6 or 7 ifrits are surrounding you. Us little guys have the hardest time with fed events because we are 2 steps behind the civs. Make ifrits as much as an rpg so people are less inclined to go and just lose them. Right now its a battle between higher ups and the civs not the cop force and civs. We are literally useless.
