ive had it happen where the scroll wheel becomes completely disabled, then you just have to press the delete button on your keyboard and it usually fixes. Pretty sure thats what Mando did to fix the issue

Well if some of you dont know, the sound mod makes the game sounds so much better but now the server does not let you run the mod, not sure why its blocked now? Anybody have answers?
