I believe you can make the right decision as a policeman and it doesn't have to do with age but from a people's point of view it is a bit weird to have a child decide for them but when they don't understand you are a kid no problem is not

But with a childish voice you can't even be accepted by the people as a police officer

This is a fact that our servers are more like the forest than the city and the people can easily kill, maybe even more tickets are possible to reduce the amount of this violence.
Low ticket prices only make the police get rich but can't stop the criminals.
I think with the increase in ticket prices they have to think a little bit about the consequences before they kill anyone.

Add a new charge to those who kill the Police officers
For example: 1 count of Police manslaughter = 7500$
50% more than normal manslaughter
And Adding new charges to those who restrained Police
Well I have no idea about naming it but it should be priced above 2500$ and give us a probable causeRandoe on yt likes this -

Yes, it must be checked, but there is no problem if this option is added to the ticket typing, like ATM

We all know that when typing a ticket, it may be one zero less or one zero more
For example : someone have 190,000 bounty and we give him a 19,000 price of ticket or 1,900,000

I think it is better for cops to be able to see the other officers dead bodies marker in the map, just like the civilians do
(I knew we already have this thing on police medic's but I'm talking about all cops should have this ability)
