Master combat medic talent is useless since dead players can't hit allow revive after being killed the first time. Allow dead players too always click allow revive so instead of it saying "Wait X amount of time before clicking" to the dead player, it shows "Wait x amount of time before reviving" to the player trying to defib. New ArmA games? It'll probably be another year, maybe two before they give out a release date/announce for the next game. A3 came out 3 years after A2:OA was released then almost another 3 for Apex.

i5-4690k and then OC. Anything else isn't needed/overkill for ArmA MP. There is an HT command that you can use if you have an i7 but you will barely see any difference in MP.
