    Hi Eli,

    you declined my application for cop a few days ago and i was just replying now to let you know i have been on the server for the required length of time as it states in the app requirements. the only thing is i hadn't been on forums so as i registered it said i was only on forums for a few hours when actually i had been on the server for a few weeks.
