    Gotta agree with previous comments, would  be kinda op to be able to spawn at skiptracer bases while rebels cannot spawn at rebel outposts, not to mention that skiptracer bases are right next to cities while rebel outposts are even further away already, BH's already have an easier time getting kitted up from a respawn, dont need to make it easier

    I would however like to see the return of the BH shops inside cities... there is literally no difference between skiptracer and BH base at this point and it's kinda dumb, would like to see the original style of system return

  3. I propose we change how fields and illegal areas are marked when we check them on patrols. Instead of marking them with the last two digits of the current IRL time, which can cause confusion about on which hour the field was marked, leading to fields getting checked twice in the same time period or not getting check when they could, I suggest we mark the fields with the minutes until restart, which can be viewed at the top of the phone menu in parenthesis. This eliminates confusion about when the field was marked, and by quickly comparing time till restart to the marking on the field, you can figure out if you can check, and will not get confused about on which hour the field was marked.
