Civilians are allowed to restrain you for up to 10 minutes w/o your consent After 10 minutes your restraints should break, but if they don't or they re-restrain you then you can suicide or disconnect without punishment. (I usually state out loud that I am doing so directly before doing it in case they don't realize how long it's been to avoid an unnecessary report that the admins have to deal with) However, it is not against the rules to attempt to restrain someone for more than 10 minutes. The person being restrained always has the option to just d/c.

Not the craziest experience with devin and orcas

Went from fighting 7-8 cops to fighting 20+ including several LTs and captain yesterday All fun though. If there are less than 10 cops on, expect backup to be called in for banks, feds, and prison breaks at least. At these moments is when you do stupid shit like this
