  1. I saw a thread posted that we are reverting back to the old style IPB forums. While we just became accustomed to vB and we will have to start over once more, I can see why now would be the time to change it before it stays vB forever. I'm just curious to know, what is everyone's opinion?
  2. RCO/ARCO, depending on the weapon color.
  3. everyone has to do this at least once in their lives kappa
  4. I liked it too, kept some discussions from derailing, not sure where it went.
  5. Have fun with the RP. be aware that there will always be guys who are "reporting you" and just overall attempting to get you into trouble, so always be recording, and always be able to justify your actions.
  6. Premiere Pro all the way. If you take it more seriously down the road you'll thank me when you're easily swapping out rendered scenes between After Effects and PP.
  7. X-Split can save video to your hard drive when you don't feel like streaming with it, but you need a strong GPU.
  8. Best advice I have for wreck excavation: (and yes you loot a TON of lockpicks and zipties doing this which is awesome) Wreck Excavate in Kavala and save up your money until you can buy a cheap 1-story house on the shoreline near the excavation zone, one that can hold a medium sized crate. Once you buy the house after a few Offroad loads, all you need to do is fill your boat (NOT THE TINY MOTOR BOAT!) up and drive back and forth to your house storage. I think it's safer because your stuff is safely locked in your house and you wont lose your inventory if it was in a vehicle and it de-spawns or someone steals it. When I used to do this a lot, I would honestly dump the oil while sitting passenger in the boat because I don't think it's worth the weight : price ratio, but others think it's worth holding to sell, so I'll let you decide. I don't think its worth it and recommend you focus jewelry only and just dump everything else. This is more valid when you're using the Offroad and don't yet own the house. Once you have the house you can hold on to whatever you want until there's no room and then do large coke/oil/jewelry runs. NOTE: Be careful when you dump objects while in the boat because the suitcase can become stacked and your boat wont move. I always put the boat in a very slow -1 km/h reverse before i start dumping things so you don't encounter that problem. So yeah that about sums it up. My two cents, I prefer not to spend my time running to multiple vendors, I focus on selling my loot at the jewelry store only...so I dump anything not jewelry or coke... but if you're up for it by all means load all the different inventories into your truck and drive around to all the vendors; jeweler, oil/commodity trader, and drug dealer. I save my coke over a long period of time and then sell it when I have a sizable load to the drug dealer there in kavala. All that said, jewelry speed runs are where it's at IMO.
  9. It's very possible this person's hands were not up on her screen, ARMA isn't perfect, in fact shes a buggy SoB, so this player was most likely running around as normal, but ARMA rendered this individual as floating around with their hands up... or something. Honestly I see this very common glitch all the time. And seriously, 30k is nothing to get worked up about, its only a game get back out there and have some fun.
  10. Both are great choices. You want to buy anything with K in the title because they're unlocked and allow for OC like what I do here: Overclocked from 3.4GHz to 4GHz
  11. I for one would love to see this implemented somehow! An auto-swap inventory feature would be nice, where you have your inventory window open in your trunk, and you may drag and drop the items you would want to move around. You should be able to "lock" an item in your inventory for things you want to keep on you or in the trunk, then drag the next item and it wont swap locked items to make room for what you dropped in the trunk. This would solve a lot of problems of having to drop items on the ground and juggle them around when we hit that last bit of space in our inventory to put everything in the trunk, and eliminate the risk of the item being wiped with the cleanup script. And we could add an animation being played for the amount of inventory you swap/fill with, so if you're filling up your trunk with say 15 meth ingredients, it would take 5 seconds to load each ingredient and even batch move it all at once for a total of 15 secs. The current system feels like placeholder and could just really use some love Too bad dev's and admins are a bit busy right now

  13. D'awwwwh i miss it, but don't get discouraged, this is a very easy look to duplicate on vBulletin. I'm glad we upgraded to the future, ha
  14. vBulletin is much better than the old forums IMO, so this is an upgrade! Plus we have .gif avatars and christmas kappa now. case closed santa
