I've not yet had the chance to try the server out, but playing without any optics beyond 1x (ACO, Holo, etc) is going to be very weird at first.

I can't imagine that change staying, honestly. The backlash from rebels, and I daresay even cops, might be too high. Guess we'll see how it plays out.

People were super hyped for Stratis, it was 100/100 for the first few days, now it's pretty barren. I predict Aussie Life will be similar, but due to mods it'll probably retain more population. 

I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, but I look forward to it.
