In an honest and annoyed suggestion we shouldn't have to wait for the banning admin to talk to them especially if your a cop and there is 2 needed. (one for points and one for the ban) I have been sitting in "Help! Ive been banned" for about 12 hours now got in contact with one of the admins and the other one is MIA. Personally I think someone who is higher then the admins such as a Dev, Community manager or even the Chief should be able to override it and deal with it in certain cases.
