Reason for Appraisal : Kenneth has always been a wealth of knowledge in relation to the Guidebook, and handles the worst of the worst of "Felonies of Kavala" with a calm and just approach.  Since he was a cadet he's always impressed me with his dedication to Server 2 and Altis Life.

Perhaps we will consider adding something else in, but this is really something you need to get the Captains on board with so that they come to the CM's with a request.  They decide what is in/out of uniform - so build the consensus there first!

So you give them a half ticket for the 4 speeding tickets and go about your business. The suspect has a mile wide grin because he just got his parole cleared and knows you did an unlawful search if you tell him he's on parole and is only wanted for speeding tickets, as you don't have PC to search at that point.

The 'bug' exists, though it's not particularly a bug, but rather an oversight. 

And the guidebook says to process a parolee as usual, so there's that too. 

 

 

I usually ask them if they consent to a search.
