    I never see gangs doing any activities these days, if they are it's very minimal. Think of this
    1. Money cap was intended to curb irl Money sales
    2. Money cap has made my prices go up and sellers now get MORE irl money. It backfired, and I make max money far easier now.
    So ...since money cap failed, why are we not removing the cap and encouraging gangs to farm and be rewarded for putting more playtime into the server?  It blows my mind.

    Go-Karts can now be driven away from the race track. Go-Karts are considered "unregistered vehicles" and police now have a new charge for people driving them on roads. Recently captured messages for captures/cartels will now properly report the amount of time until it can be captured again. The longer you hold a capture point, the better the defensive fortifications will become! They will upgrade each restart where a gang held the area for the entire duration. Removed a bunch of capture points which people didn't enjoy. Added a new drug cartel location. Added vehicle garages to every cartel. You can now access them using the flag. Fixed a bug when placing charges where some charges would be missing from the options.

    HvC | Havoc is a core group of experienced Asylum players that started out as a small group of friends playing together.


    With the growing success from our core group we are currently doing limited recruiting additional players to join our ranks.









    Together we strive to become one of Asylum's premier gangs on server #1.


    Havoc is an elite group of rebels that specialize in killing the APD, fighting at cartels, and causing terror on the streets of asylum.


    We want to be one of the best teams on the server while having fun and keeping a high level of maturity. We achieve our goals by playing as a team, playing strategically, excellent marksmanship, and communication to neutralize the enemy.
