You can get Rubber two way on Altis. They are doing Oil and Oil Cartel. Doing Oil from the rig brings you 20 oil + 1-4 (depending if you have the perk or not) rubber. Oil Cartel brings you how ever much was in the Cartel vault.

That sucks... I would have gotten right back into the game and MSGed them so they would hopefully wont report xD or offer them full comp... Thats what I do when ever that happens

Ive had the same problem too. What I've done is go into the launcher, go into your settings, and turn it on and off. That should hopefully fix it. Then turn it back on agian. It should work, it has for me. You also dont need to do it through Alt+Z. Just make a new hot key like Alt+[ or something. You can also go through the launcher
