Insured Vehicles.

Its 2023. Can we please get insured vehicles? I like the whole idea of basic (doesn't cover upgrades) and full coverage (covers upgrades) insured stuff.  It even adds a bit of saltiness to getting it chopped or blown up...not that I recommend that :p.

It was removed for a reason though. It took away all the risk when you lost a vehicle
